In order to be a True Ultra HD 4K, the original Movie/Show need to be film it: on 4K. Any other way the film will end-up like those original 2-D movies converted in to 3-D Garbage.

Will each episode be accompanied by the warning that it's the ISPs fault that the show has to buffer so many times. Of course that message will be in glorious 4K HD.
