I love this service. The BEST one out and the original so I'm comfortable with them. Family too, so I sincerely hope they don't revamp the shizzy out of the business plan and consumer offerings with new ownership.

I smell a company seeing the writing on the wall and exiting the market while prices are high.

Clearly 2 billion is way over valued when earnings are in the few double digit millions.
