Not surprised, the laptops they have been shipping are real S%^&. Quality control issues and really bad customer service. Takes them ages to acknowledge issues and even after acknowledgement will not take steps to rectify. Honestly send a laptop for 2 fixes replace network card and fix jumpy trackpad (U510) takes 2 months to replace the network card and only fix 1 issue. Have to send the laptop back for the other trackpad issue they can only fix one issue at a time. Joke of a company.
