Thanks to the most recent monthly data from ad network AdDuplex, we have a better look at fragmentation within the Windows Phone ecosystem, and how quickly Windows Phone 8.1 is taking over. The ad network takes data from nearly 4500 apps, and can give stats on usage break downs. Windows marketing share was 3.4 % but dropped down to 2.5% ..... wonder why ?
