Netflix has announced its first original full-length feature film - a sequel to 2000's hit 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.'
Called 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: The Green Legend,' the feature film will be released in only IMAX theaters and on Netflix the same day. It is expected to be released where IMAX screens are available, most notably in the U.S. and China.

No offense but IMNSHO the original was pretty bad. Does anyone need a sequel???

Not really an original since its a sequel?? That would be like Disney saying that Star Wars 7 is an original.

Indeed...Either hate it, or not understand it/appreciate it.
I felt it was run of the mill myself. Much better Kung Fu flicks out there like Hero or Iron Monkey. If you weren't exposed to those first, then maybe Crouching Tiger was new and refreshing to you.

Seems more gliding than jumping or flying.

I logged back into afterdawn for the first time in what must be almost 10 years... just to tell you to go frag yourself. and that just like the original I'll be seeing the sequel in theatres.

For "wire-fu", CTHD was pretty damn good, but I still liked Kung Fu Hustle 10x more =) .
