MPAA says "this" and "that" can and should be done to curtail piracy and they tell these companies and governments to start doing it.

I'm curious how much the MPAA is paying these companies / government's for their services?

Or does the MPAA think everyone should be doing their job for them and on their own dime?

It's time for these companies / governments to step up and say "ok, well try and do "this" and "that", and here's our bill for doing it."
