No offense intended but the writing/editing on this story is not up to par. First, this sentence needs to be broken up into 2 or three statements. It's hard to understand and runs on and on. Second, what the hell does the part in bold even mean? They took full control after selling the company to HTC in 2012? How can they take full control after they sold it off? You are a writer, please try to do so coherently.
