How do I burn a mp3 to cd -r using nero 6 ultra? I see how to do it with express but, it keeps crashing so I was just going to do it the long way but, when I try burning "audio cd" it auto converts it to way.. I don't want wav I want mp3 but I don't see it anywhere to burn mp3.. it's not listed anywhere in the help file atleast I couldn't find it.. help please.. thanks

what are you trying to achieve -- ??

A CD/DVD of MP3 that will play in a CD/DVD Player ? If that's the case ; burn a Music CD and put your MP3 on it, most car radio and DVd players that have MP3 capabilities need to see the data on the CD/DVD for the source in that format.

which would I choose from the menu:
CDROM ISO
AUDIO CD
MIXED MODE CD
CD EXTRA
CD COPY
VIDEO CD
SUPER VIDEO CD
CD ROM HYBRID
CD ROM UDF
CD ROM UDF/ISO
...if I burn using CD ROM ISO.. the resulting mp3 only plays through one speaker.

Select -> Nero Ultra Edition -> Nero Express --- then Music --> MP3 Disc


ADD the MP3 and when you have them on click NEXT (bottom left corner)-- Name your Disk -- and BURN.

for some reason my express won't work..when I add files to burn it gives me an error and shuts down.. I tried to reinstall but.. same error.. windowsME :(.........is there any way I can do it through the regular interface? or is express the only way?

Gave you the easiest way !! ~~smiles. -- cause you can move folders after labeling them which gives you a nice screen on your DVD player like a menu so you can pick the songs you like !!

what you getting , i did get once, what i did was to go to Nero website and downloaded a fresh set of Nero Ultra -- then i uninstalled everything -- and put back the whole package being careful to put my serial number when it asked. -- never had the problem after !

Might be worth a try !

If you click the Start Smart Icon that Nero puts on your Desktop
, you can click Nero Express from there and after making sure you see your burner listed at the top Right -- its when you select Music -- then MP3 -- and start ADDing till you have what you want -- last click is burn !
