I have a image file in .exe form. I know I need to rename the .exe to .iso but when I try this it says the file is in use. I turned off alot of processes and it still said this. I even tryed in safemode, still in use. I know its not a virus. Any ideas?

and yes I have "hide file extension" unchecked
