Excuse me if this has already been posted, but when I insert my back up and press X to play the system freezes and there is a pink or blue border around the insert disc screen on the top and left of the screen.
Well I burned my game at MAX speed and I saw somewhere that you should use the lowest speed possible.
Is this problem occuring from using the max speed to burn the disc?

i always burn at 2x. you could try burning slower, or trying different media. i backed up madden 2004 with no problems.

I tried to burn ESPN NFL 2k5 on Nero StartSmart (which is what I used to burn Madden that worked) But the back up of ESPN NFL 2k5 had MAJOR glitches and I useed 2x speed on the same media. Can you help me again

Switch your media. Memorex worked for me for the first three DVD's then went completely down the drain. I've had nothing but bad luck with Memorex. Also...try using a different software. Use DVD Decrypter or Alcohol 120%. Simple things like this should probably work. Try it out

nothings wrong with Nero. Sometimes switching media or burning apps makes a difference for some games.
