Nothing I have found so far has helped me. I am trying to convert avi to mpeg1 to burn onto VCD. The burning works, but the audio is always out of sync. It starts out fine, but as the movie progresses, the audio speeds up out of time. I have used Nero 5 to convert and also Virtual Dub for sound then tmpeng for video. Both have the same syncing problems. Any suggestions?

Suggest you post in VCD/SVCD or Playback Problems forum :-)
This forum is for encoding AVI video using DivX/XviD.
Hopefully they can help you in proper forum...
