Apple has lost the patent infringement case brought by the University of Wisconsin's Alumni Research Foundation (WARF), and must pay $234 million in damages. What has to be found out is the antecedents of EVERY engineer that worked on the design of the processor and see if absolutely any of them had any kind of connection to anyone who had any kind of connection to the University of Wisconsin. That should prove if the infringement was intentional or not.

BTW what kind of gifts, if any, did the judge receive from Apple?
