Internet radio giant Pandora has settled with the major record labels over royalties owed for tracks written before 1972, songs that aren't covered by federal copyright but are covered by most states. And in whose pocket is this $90 million going into.. Greedy sob's. RIAA really going to disburse it out to the artists? Unless a certain artist initiated the suit, doubtful. They're going to pocket it.
