No audio stream selected by default on burn of DVD image

Ok, here's an interesting problem.

I have an image of a DVD, which has most of the content (apart from the "making of" and the actual film) removed from the disc.

The film plays fine if I mount the image in Daemon Tools and play it through PowerDVD like that, but when burning the image to a DVDR with ImgTool (for Nero 6.3), when I play the DVDR back in any DVD player, be it on my PC or my standalone DVD player plugged into my TV, when the main film starts there's no audio stream selected. I can go into the audio streams menu and choose one of the audio streams, and from then on it works as usual - but it's not selecting it initially, and that's really bugging me. I can't figure out myself why this is happening, and it's really annoying me (I like to understand why something isn't working and attempt to learn from it), so I came running here quick as a flash ;)


Anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening? I don't really want to burn more coasters when I repeat this process imminently, and I was wondering if any of the combined technical genius on these boards had any suggestions or solutions.
