smart ripper won't rip movie files

I am using smart ripper to rip a movie that is on two discs. Disc one ripped fine but when I ripped disc two I got the directors commentary instead of the last part of the movie. The movie is Pearl Harbor and the last part of the movie on disc two is about 30 to 40 minutes. Is there any way to rip the last part of the movie instead of the directors commentary
