The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear Microsoft's appeal over a class action suit that alleged that the Xbox 360 hardware had a defect that led to game discs being scratched and ruined. I lost one 360 game from this problem. Although it was more than minor vibrations. My dog pulled the power cord causing the 360 to fall about a foot onto the floor.
