Fair deal IM-NotSo-HO!

The rich are disproportionately in excess.

Higher taxes for them won't damage their stability. The richest have a duty to carry more weight seeing that they became SOOOO successful in capitalism. And no doubt many a throat was cut doing so, so this is a fair request I think.
