New DVDit Issue - Video Pause

I finally got past my last issue after the second complete re-build (still don't know what was wrong... grr...)

Anyway, I am using DVDit 2.5 PE with a Sony DVD RW DRU-530A (1.0d) drive. I build the project and have it burn - everything goes just fine until I pop it into any player (DVD Player, computer, etc) and about halfway through each video, the sound continues but the picture freezes - always at the same exact point, which also happens to be a valid chapter break.

Any ideas?
