Audio not copying

I am trying to back up my copy of 13 Going On 30 and the audio does not copy over to the hard drive. The same thing happened when I went to back up Hell Boy.

I have tried just backing up the movie via Re-Author mode and have tried keeping every audio stream possible on the DVD.

I have backed up about 20-30 of my other DVD's with great success.

Any ideas?

1.8 Ghz Processor
186 RAM
Shrink 3.2
DVDRW/CDRW
