Apple has launched new MacBooks today, adding a rose gold color and better battery life in addition to other new standard features.
The new 12-inch ultra has a Retina Display, a Force Touch trackpad, USB-C charging and syncing and a ridiculously thin and tiny frame at just 13.1 millimeters thin and 2 pounds.

"NEW" Macbook brings "NEW" colors and "NEW" better battery life...
...yet the OS X (now being rebranded as MacOS) still brings the same EVERYTHING. Same keyboard, same style, same inconveniences of a Mac, same boring old OS that NEVER changes.
Mac truly sux and is indeed worse for the wear compared to Windows nowadays.
Windows is much more stable on Intel procs than Mac.
On the one hand, I applaud Apple for realizing that looks matter. Maybe we shouldn't care, but many of us do prefer a device that looks cool.
On the other hand, if the first thing you have to say about why people should buy your new piece of technology is, "it comes in cool colors!" you have officially failed to innovate.
Since it's almost the cost of a starting regular 13" MacBook Pro, I kinda wonder who really feels a need to have this. I will say that I checked out one of them in personal a few months ago and was pretty impressed with how the amazingly thin keyboard felt and how responsive it seemed to be for such a low CPU clock speed, though it is geared towards fairly light web/productivity use, so may struggle a bit w/ more demanding apps.
My biggest complaints would be:
? Single USB-C port...it should have 1 on each side, at least
? Not including some of the basic USB-C adapters as standard
