Problems Burning with Clone DVD

I have searched and nothing is giving me a definitive answer

I got a DVD Burner a couple of months ago was burning and copying dvds no problem, but in the last month or so i have been trying to copy a movie on to my "Datawrite (Yellow)"DVD-R and i keep getting this error

Writing to VideoDVD was Unsuccessfull
DVD Write Error (writeDVD9)
A DVD write error has occured, probably caused by bad medium,
please replace the medium and try again.

i have tried this so many times and it just burns 4% and i get that message.

the stupid thing is when i put a "Mirror" DVD+RW in the burner and use that it burns without any problems and they are both 4.7GB DVDs.

BTW i have been using Nero Vision Express to get the Video_TS files and Clone DVD2 to burn the DVDs
