Government allows copying of personal cassettes, videos and just about everything else, but because Hollywood has deep pockets, I can't make a backup of my personal DVD's.
That's CRAP!
I've voiced my opinion to my elected officials. I guess my pocket's not deep enough or not enough of us thought this was an issue worthy our precious time to comment on.
