Its not really fixed because the file size is still a little big, but I think a Mod should be cut a little break with this. They don't get paid to do this crap anyway.
I think you care or you wouldn't have posted that in the first place because stirring things up with Nephilim or any other mod isn't cool. This should have been handled with a PM, but of course that is just my opinion :-)
A)If I REALLY cared, I would have just spoken to one of the mods in the IRC room about the size of the sig.
B)It's not often that people find something that they can mess with Neph about. Hence, me not pm'ing him.
and
C)How is it not fixed? 38183bytes = 37.28809kilobytes. Well within the limits.

Yeah we knew it was not legal we were just going to see how quick anyone would notice. He has one within the rules and I am sure he will change now that he has been found out :-)

I created it that way on purpose. although, I don't like the right hand side. Specificly the right hand side top corner.

thanks for the support guys. It's not just the fact that the sig that I worked hard on for him has been messed with and then posted, it's also that the sig he is now using is even a sh*tty rip of the version I made for him. AND, if I had been contacted first and told that "Hey, I don't really like the corners. can you maybe fix them up for me?", then I would have done a proper job at fixing it, and not half assed it.
Just because somone makes a sig for you, does not mean that you own it.

hey bubba im sry if i insulted you i didnt mean for that i know those arnt my pix i was just playing with em as you may of noticed im new at the sig stuff so im just tring to get things figured out i still have your originals on my photobucket im sry for the insult, and you did a good job on the pix and i apreceate you taking the time to do it and letting me use it........
ps i did ask to fix the coners but you and everyone eles said its suppost to be like that,i didnt want to just flat out say i dont like the coners cuz thats rude, but i guess what i did to it was still rude........
but again im sorry......
and ddp i heard him the first time he told me not to use it, you dont always have to repeat a demand or even a forum rule that everyone is already telling me..now if its days later and i still dont listen i understand cuz u being a mod.....

What you did was probably wrong, but I believe you made an honest mistake and it happens I wouldn't worry about it to much as long as you have learned from your mistake. I actually had been following all of this and was going to stick up for you because I was pretty sure you didn't purposly steal that signature, but I wasen't sure until now. I thought they were all being a little hard on you, but I can also understand where Bubba1982 is comming from. I have designed thousands of custom DVD labels and covers just to find them all over the internet being ripped off and claimed as someone elses work. So I just quit posting them to the forums now. It is a lot of hard work and a lot of time put in on this stuff just to see someone taking your creation and hacking it up or claiming they did the work. Again though I didn't believe you attempted to do this on purpose and it was an honest mistake I am sure Bubba1982 can find it in his heart to forgive you (at least I hope) and we can all carry on. :-)

in this age of effects and CGI wizardry that still kept under 50k, i think there's something magical about a very simple, clean-cut sig such as mine. thus, mine is my favorite and i say it's the best on the site. ^.^
except for ddp. he's so good, we can't even see his as our eyes are not worthy.

do you guys use gimp to do your sig.......i know some use photoshop but i dont have photoshop,unless there is a way to download it for free....but i do have gimp, you guys know of any good and free program i could use? thanks..
(im not going to use it to alter another persons creation)

of course you can PS for free, we just can't help you with that.
i use PS, but gimp will do most the same stuff. try GimpShop. google it and give it a whirl.
