X-OOM DVD Creator

Suspended due to non-functional email address

Everytime I try to start X-OOM DVD Creator, or Copy, Direct or Capture I get the following error.

"unknown has generated errors and will be closed by Windows". You will need to restart the program.

"an error log is being created."

The program never starts at all. I have installed it three different times and can't even get it to open.

Does any known what this error means?
