That is rather brave on the part of the designers...if a Galaxy is a copy of an iPhone, then every pair of jeans made by CK are a copy of ones made by Lee, every design by Paul Smith is a copy of a bad table cloth from the 1970's, and everything Alexander Wang designs is a clone of the contents of the dumpster behind the salvation army.
It is also rather brave of Apple to keep hammering at these patents that never should have been issued in the first place.
"Grid of icons" goes back to 16-bit Windows...actually, it was seen in some 8-bit shells...this would have been denied as prior art if Apple wasn't a giant corporation.
"Rounded-corner front face and bezels" was in use on the earliest Windows mobile devices; long before the first iPhone...this would also have been denied as prior art if Apple wasn't a giant corporation.

I totally agree!!!
I was going to say "rounded-corner front face"..........who in the WHOLE world wants a phone with harsh 90 degree sharp angle corners?
This lawsuit is ridiculous and the basic design or curvature of the Iphone is NOTHING proprietary.
