CloneDVD2 and missing menus

Greetings all I am hoping someone can ppoint out which setting I mucked up. I am trying to back up DVD-Rs to my hard disk so I can burn from the hard drive. These are old TV shows that I sometimes burn for others. They have menus and chapter breaks etc... I am using CloneDVD2 to copy the DVD files to the HD. I check the "Keep Meus" option and don't recieve any errors during the copy. I have also used the Clone option to attempt a copy disk to disk as well. After I burn the DVDs they option to selct the Chapter Menu appears but when I selct it it launches the show instead. When I use the Roxio product to copy didsk to dsik it works fine. Would love to be able to copy to HD can anyone point me in the right direction?

Using Ritek G04 ( Have tried others)
Plextor 708A 1.06 firmware
Pentiuim 2.8GHZ
1GB Ram
80GB disk for boot and normal operations
160GB WD disk for burning and capturing
Windows 2003

CloneDVD2 to HD: Have you unchecked the Temporary Path and delete after finished?

Went round and round wih CloneDVD2 and finally got it to work by not using it:-) Used old favorites DVD Shrink and Nero worked awesome. CloneDVD2 did work when copying ROM to DVD-r.
