best "pay for" mp3 download sites?

just curious, what are the best "pay for" mp3 etc.. sites? I've seen so many but am kinda scared to prepay for something I havent tried yet. I was looking at one that is $1.50 a month for unlimited downloads. Its called mp3downloadhq. Has anyone tried this or heard of it. What are the best ones to use? Which is the mostly widley used? i dont really want to pay per song. I would rather pay one monthly fee. that one i was talking about it at http://www.mp3downloadhq.com

$1.50 per month would be a "too good to be true" deal. At the moment, most companies charge 0.99 per song. Go figure.

For monthly fees I think iTunes offer a monthly service? Not really sure, someone check me up on that.
