Game freezes or is very slow when using HD_loader. how can i fix it?

I use Samsung Hdd 20GB. but, when I using Hd_loader ,

Almost games are very slow(in demo views..), how can I

fix it? Is it a problems at my HDD?

More than likely it is your HDD. The site says to use 40GB drives for a reason. Their was probably compatibility problem with smaller drives. I have an 80GB drive in mine and it works perfectly.
