Paying for music isn't mutually exclusive to Apple users, a lot of android users use apps like Apple music, Spotify, tidal, etc.
Yes music is relatively easy to find "free", however you could sneak into a concert, take a loaf of bread from the store, not pay your taxes and more. Ethical reasons sometimes are more important than getting things free.
