What is the best (cost not an issue) dvd encoder?

I want to convert xvid/divx to dvd-r without using a million programs for all the variables.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If cost aint an issue i would recomend using Cinema Craft Encoder 2.50 as your encoder in DVD2SVCD,it costs about $2,000 i think .
