At least four people were killed and another 15 injured in what has been classified as a terrorist attack last Friday in Stockholm, Sweden. It isn't like there are a bunch of terrorists we know about and ignore; we've bombed coffee shops full of innocents to get one potential terrorist so if anything we go too far as it is. How exactly would you eliminate all terrorists, keeping in mind that some terrorists are home-grown? Other than wiping out all of humanity just about any method that would be likely to get even a majority of them would also result in enough innocent deaths that you would create even more terrorists.

The best solution would be to get rid of the causes of radicalization; stop bullying countries and peoples. It wouldn't eliminate all of them but it would eliminate most of them as well as their funding...but that probably won't happen.
