DVD Lab is pretty cool but not when it is doing that.
So if I understand correctly:
During preview, the movie plays normally if it is started at the beginning and allowed to play through each chapter.
When you go to your chapter menu and select any chapter button, you end up at the chapter that runs from 0:00 to 15:00. (I would call that chapter 1)
When ""chapter 1" finishes you say "it" starts again. What is "it"? Does the movie begin to play again or does chapter 1 repeat again?
There is no use in worrying about compiling your project yet. I suspect that you do not have the chapter buttons linked properly.
Remove all the chapter links you have established. Now on your chapter menu there should be a button that you installed for each chapter point. The first button should link to the start of the movie.
Right click the button and select "link". A menu will appear with all your menus and movies. Select movie 1 and then select the start of the movie.
Do the same thing for the Chapter 2 button, right clicking and then establishing a link to to the second chapter which will actually be the first chapter point marker. (The start of the first chapter does not need a marker.
Continue doing this until all the buttons are linked to the correct chapter points.)
Once all the chapter links are in place, establish a return link from the end of the movie to your menu.
I have no idea of what your project actually looks like, I do not know how many menus or movies you have, what the actual movie files are from.
