Why the misleading headline to thus article? The last line sums it up. They are not even at 6 nm and wonder when they will reach 4 nm. Certainly not my 2020.

BTW you haven't mentioned anything about which plants in which country would be upgraded.

FYI IBM is already at 5 nm.
