NEED HELP - A/V Problem

My friend just installed Apple III modchip in my GT3 Version 4 Ps2. It didn't work. The power runs, but no video, and when i push the eject button, tray doesn't come out. My friend thinks it's because two of the resisters came off. He said it should work after resisters are back in. Any other suggestions?

Those resisters are there for a reason. If you can't get them back on you're probably screwed. You could always just solder wires from the resisters back to the board if you can't get them back on. I've seen it done and it worked.
