Facebook's WhatsApp has gotten around to pushing out the upgraded emoji set it showed off several weeks ago. The new emojis are available starting with version 2.17.395 (stable) on Android. Wow really?

The news of WhatsApp updating emojis has made me feel safer already. I'm not gonna get that FOID card and gun for protection anymore now that I have updated emojis. **PHEW**

Is this really "news"?????????????
