Need help with Dish Network and TV Tuner

I am setting up my htpc I have a 2TB HDD. I already have a lcd 46in screen. Ive wired and mounted the tv on the wall. I have built shelves into the wall and set my bose surround sound system on them, and have speakers all around the room. What I want to do now is be able to connect my dish network reciever to my computer and be able to watch,record,pvr/dvr tv and save to my 2TB HDD. The tuner I have currently is only analog and my graphic card is less than stellar.

My current system has a AMD core duo 64x 6000. 4GB and 500 Gb memory. My outputs are pci x12. I can only go to 512MB on the video card. Also I want to be able to view HD/Blu Ray movies. Can some one give me some insight guide me in the right direction?
