I've just put together a htpc. I have 2 dual tuner cards installed (HAUPPAUGE 1213 HVR-2250 RT). Everything's working. The only problem is that I want to use my set top box (buckeye cable dvr) as one of my input lines so I can record with the htpc and not buckeye cables dvr. This would be very beneficial because there is a clear difference in the quality of the output. Through my htpc I'm only receiving 4 clear channels with the cable being plugged directly into the tuner card. Does anyone know of a solution to take an output from my set top box to an input to the dvr. What cords should I buy, What hardware would it take?
