There have been previous mentions of 37in hd lcd tv's branded as NEON.
I have purchased one of these, and called in sky to upgrade to sky hd,which they have, can anyone imagine that in the 2010's one cannot control both the TV and the hd box with one single control??.
The "manufacturer" simply answers your email request for help to programme the remote control with a formal acknowledgement which includes an "attachment"----- and sky ( after toing and froing via email) falls back on interactive press 5 press 1 follow on screen instructions etc etc.
SO one finds oneself after passing through various doors, back in the street again.
I would not advise anybody purchasing ANY tv set before verifying that they can tune their equipment to one control, otherwise they can find themselves in the tv/ sky mincer
