Does any one know how to reprogram a Dish Network satellite reciever to pick up different local channels. The local channels that Dish says i have to have are not the local channels that i want. I live about 10 minutes from a county that picks up the local channels that i want but Dish says that i can't recieve those channels because of the county i live in. I'm sure there is something that a guy can do to make his system pick up those channels. Any help would be great.
