Hi guys,

I need you to help with some issues im having with my new UN46C9000 led tvs, i just recentely bought this tvs, i just love it! the problem is that when i go 3D on my tv the screen goes dark with only sound behind, my main problem is that i live outside of the USA and i got this tv on ebay, where i live there is not tech people that can help me with this problem so i dont know what to do, if anyone knows any other forum or a tech online site that can help me i youl appreciate it.
