Laptop screen connect to desktop

I was wondering if there was a way to connect an old laptop screen to my desktop so I can run 2 screens. The screen came from a Dell Latitude D600, my computer that I want to connect it to is a Compaq Presario.

Can anyone help me?! Thanks!
