i have my pc connected to my hdtv using a dvi to hdmi cable.

when i watch videos on utube or downloaded movies the picture is terrible it looks like multiple uneven stripes/lines?? but when normal tv is on the picture is fine.

i have downloaded powerstrip but i find it to complicated!

any help would be much appreciated thanks.
