I am looking for a replacement panel for a Phillips 42' LCD TV. Model number is 42PFL7662D. Existing screen broken. I believe the panel is actually from LG model number LC420W05 (SL)(A1)

Thanks for the feedback.. I have tried to get an original replacement but it costs almost as much as a new TV. I was hopeing to get a screen from a TV which has another part beyond repair

if you could find a tv with a screen in good condition (doesnt matter if other parts dont work) with the same screen as yours it could work.won't be easy to find one.goodluck finding one.

According to my experience there is no need to replace this one.
Just try to repair this one. It will give you better results as compared to the new one.
