I need help. I have a new Sony Bravia 55"EX710 and I notice that when I'm watching my sony on HD channels on DISH network my screen shows that the channel i'm watching is in "stretch " screen mode. Maybe I just noticed this screen but I swear it was not like that last week and I've not noticed it previously but I could've sworn that I had options to either view the screen mode in either "stretch", "wide","normal" but I cant seem to find in the menu settings anywhere to adjust this from stretch to normal. in Stretch mode. I cant always read everything that a program displays on the viewing screen because it seems to stretch beyond the screen on either side and is cut off/ goes outside the screen???. and can't find in the manual how to adjust it to my liking. Can anyone tell me if I do have the option and if so how do I go about it or is this something that does it on its own? I have played with the remote but cant figure it out... someone please help : ( thanks to everyone.
