Hi Everybody,

I have a Sony Bravia KDL - 46W4000 which is 2 years old, when I switch the tv on the picture in the centre of the tv is all dark (you can make out shapes)it clears up after 15 minutes but comes back a few more times during the day (which is very annoying)

I am out of the warranty period, could anybody out there shine some light on the situation and tell me if there is a fix for this (firmware or something to do with the settings) as I know that a technician will over charge me for something minute.
