Here is the answer to a previous thread. turn off your tv at the power point and leave off for a couple of minutes. Turn power on again. did that fix it. no. okay. play around with your power button and either your up for down arrow (I think it might be up arrow for some models and down for others). Hold down the arrow, press and hold power button, release power button and keep pressing the arrow for awhile then release the arrow. that should have fixed it.
