Very weird problem with Samsung LCD TV. Please Help!!

Hi Guys,

This has been driving me crazy for 2 months now and i have spent so much money trying to fix it with no avail.
I have a Samsung LA52A650 52" LCD. The picture was crystal clear when i first purchased it. about 3 months, ago, i moved houses and the picture has been complete crap since i moved in.
The weird thing is its the same no matter which source i try. I have a Samsung Blu-Ray player BD1600...when i play an original Blu-Ray disc, the picture is so crap that you can actually see squares and shades of red. I tried off-air terrestrial DTV and the picture is also crap. You can see shadows around the words and its just really noisy. I then tried playing a movie with my xbox360...same thing. Logical deduction will point to the tv as the culprit. I called Samsung and they sent a repair guy to my house yesterday. He told me the tv is composed of 3 pieces , Main board, screen and power supply. Since the screen looks Ok and the TV is turning on, it must be the main board. He replaced it for me and upgraded the firmware. Guess what...it did not fix! Exactly the same picture quality. I replaced the cables for both my Blu-Ray(hdmi 1.3b) and Xbox360 (component) and spent about $150 on top of the range cables. No difference.
Ohh and one more thing. The games on xbox360 are not noisy and look as they used to. Very strange. I have tried swapping both both component and hdmi cables on different ports of the TV. Same problem.

Im just running out of ideas. If anyone has any idea it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
