anyone help getting eurovox tx started

Hi, i have a major problem with the tx, got it about a year ago and was working fine up to 3 months ago all channels were gone and on the display it had " scrambled or bad channel" , so i checked all the hardware converter, power supply and cables and they were all spot on, so got it reflashed last week with the updated software from this site, and i have now put it on and even doe 68 channels are coming up on the screen they are still scrambled however the radio stations are working fine... now i am wondering my neighbour got in the sky dish near enough by my converter would that cause problems with scrambling the channels or does any one know if where i live in the south east of cork, ireland scrambling has occurred against MMDS boxes... thanks
