BBC is scrambled

I have a starview 1 box and BBC1 and BBC2 seem to always be.. uhm how to describe it... jumpy, scrambled etc. the picture is all over the place and there is a high pitched sound aswel. Any ideas how to fix this? Im sorry I know my description is abit rubbish.
