hard drive pvr not saving recording.

anybody know how you can save recorded files on harddrive? have seagate hd connected to sv4 usb records no problem but if i disconnect device
to connect to pc every thing is gone. have looked for option to save on
usb page but cant see anything.

Hard drive must be formatted to FAT32
